Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
  • Process: To start a return, contact our customer service team at mark@amoogly.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Other: If there is a warranty issue, please contact us at mark@amoogly.com to indicate the issue. You may be asked to provide a photo/video of the defective device. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product and will work with you to ensure you the best shopping experience.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Shipping
